(1) Our office is directed and staffed by Certified Public Tax Accountants (CPTC). As such, their duty is to function as private banking stewards for our clients.
(2) We also provide our consulting services on cash flow budgeting and business management. Our consulting services include preparation and development of a "life plan" for venture enterprises.
(3) In the meantime, we have been actively sponsoring seminars on such subject matters as Business Planning and on The Creation of Qualified and Non-Qualified Defined Contribution Retirement Plans.
(4) Also, we educate small to medium-size companies on business management based on cash flow concepts, and on accounting and tax matters for non-profit companies, whose objective is to serve the public interest.
(5) As stewards or private bankers, we give advice on managing individual and corporate assets. Also, we develop short-term and long-term cash flow strategies in order to guarantee a permanent going concern status.
